To reduce the disproportionate impact of COVID-19 where health disparities from COVID-19 persist.

 

Identifying and disseminating opportunities for community members to stay involved in reducing health disparities related to COVID-19.

Ensure that resources are accurate, contain up-to-date information regarding COVID-19 and reach communities most highly impacted by the virus.

 

Provide COVID-19 updates, resources and relief to the community such as information on testing locations, mobile clinical network care, personal protective equipment (PPE), contact tracing, and/or social service support that promote compliance with infection control and other activities that protect and promote health and well-being. 

To create partnerships with grass-roots CBOs and local nonprofits that have cultural expertise and the community’s trust.

 

Informing community-based network about best practices and resources to prevent and address COVID-19 in their community.
